Everyone is a theologian. This is not just the title of a book, it is patently true. Everyone believes something about God, the Bible, Jesus, salvation and damnation, etc. The only question is whether or not we are biblically sound in what we believe.

As God’s people, we are called to be his faithful and true witnesses. But to fulfil this mandate we need to know whom we have believed and who it is we are proclaiming. That is where this CLD class comes in. Over the 9 weeks we will be examining the basics of biblical doctrine. The purpose of these classes is to bring us to a greater understanding of the “sound doctrine” upon which we are to base our faith, to grow in the “grace and knowledge of Jesus Christ,” and to give us deeper confidence in what we believe so that we will “go into all the world and make disciples.”
